About PLS

PLS Homes is an employee-owned company, comprised of caring professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience in the design and construction of residential neighborhoods.  Led by George Hart, President, and Bill DeForge, Vice President, PLS works closely with new home sales brokers and buyers to provide homebuyers with affordable, quality metro area CO homes for sale - in settings that the Front Range is famous for.
We're all proud to work for a local, Northern Colorado business in which the employees have a personal stake in creating a legacy of integrity, trust, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

A Legacy
In 1978, Leo J. Schuster founded Progressive Living Structures, the company that was to become a leader in Northern Colorado's new home construction by building more than 1500 homes during the 80s and 90s.  Leo had great confidence in his employees, and in 2002, he established the employee-owned company, PLS Homes, to continue homebuilding in the tradition of Progressive Living Structures, Inc.  Sadly, Leo is no longer with us but his inspiration and vision for PLS Homes will continue with the insight, forward thinking, future planning that built Progressive Living Structures, Inc..  
    
Today, PLS Homes is crafting exceptional dwellings in three and soon to be four residential neighborhoods on the Front Range.  Whether it's Le Jardin in Fort Collins, Eagle Ridge in West Greeley, Poudre Overlook in Northwest Fort Collins, or the upcoming Thompson Overlook in Loveland, Colorado has lauded us for our outstanding contribution to its communities, including a sweep of all the awards in our category at the 2006 HBA Parade of Homes.  Excitement surrounds our new home sales, for builders, community leaders, and customers alike.

But what brings us the most pride is what's integral to every one of our beautiful houses.  The high standard of our construction quality and methods has been at the core of PLS Homes since its humble beginnings.  Our employee owners are personally invested in the quality of their work and won't ever cut corners to save time or money.  Instead, they'll choose the best materials, diligently monitor construction methods, and work until the job is done right.

You have a number of choices when it comes to new home construction in Northern Colorado.  When costs are comparable, why choose PLS?  The difference is community.  While other developers buy up huge tracts of land and split them into parcels between competing homebuilding companies, PLS Homes focuses on creating neighborhoods.  As a land developer and builder, we construct entire communities of homes, ensuring unified, well-planned neighborhoods that encourage the old-fashioned personal connections...like the Front Range is famous for.
