“Our relationship with Progressive Living Structures began over three years ago. We first visited Eagle Ridge when the model homes had just been framed and Jim Ambrose was working out of a trailer. Michael was in school full-time and were living on a very small income with two young children. Our chances of buying a home seemed very slim.
