The design process was also made easy with the help of Jacque (EHeart) and Michael (Light Center). Every person we have dealt with from the framers, electricians, dry waller’s and the finisher, Joe, have been an extreme help. It is amazing to us that you can have a whole team of people that would stop by to say “hi, can we help you,” whenever we stopped by to see the progress of the house, they were all so nice.
Last of all came Vivian, with the loan. She spent an endless amount of time talking through everything with us, also, sometimes from California. Thank you Vivian.

“We just want to say Thank You very much for making the purchase of our first new home: such a pleasant and exciting experience. We enjoyed watching our house being built from start to finish. And it was fun picking out the colors and the tile, carpet etc., and then seeing it all come together.
 
We’ve been in our new house for just a little over a month and it’s starting to look like home. Our yard is in, and the fence is up, and most of the unpacking is finished.
 
We’ve been impressed with the attention you gave to service after the sale. Any problems we’ve run across have been taken care of promptly.
 
Mark Librande was absolutely great. He was always friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our question as the house went up. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to work with. He just kept filling out those change orders with a smile!
 
We did considerable house shopping in other new housing developments in the Fort Collins area, and Progressive impressed us with their quality and value. We feel we received more house for our money. We will be recommending Progressive to anyone we know who is house hunting.
 
The neighborhood is looking great. We’ve noticed several other “Husker” fans on the block. These people have good taste in homes and football teams!"
